Yum! First time ordering from Delectica.. got the Sliced Oven-Baked Chicken Breast Platter with the herb dressing and roasted veggies. So good!!

I always order from the same few places so I tried Delectica because it had such stellar reviews. Well, maybe today was just an off day, but truthfully I won't be giving a second chance: - Split pea soup was not good - mediocre in flavor and strange in consistency (al dente peas?!). - "No tomato please." - Request not honored. - "Please make sure delivery person can get to suite xxxx / xxth floor. PHOTO ID REQUIRED. Thank you! :)" - Request not honored, had to leave meeting to meet delivery person in lobby, after getting called. This is extremely frustrating. - Called to tell me they couldn't make a made-to-order sandwich without cheese. Asked if I could cancel my order. Lady said "just this once" they'll do it for me. Guess what? Won't have to worry about doing it again.

Roasted Vegetable Sandwich was fantastic! Great goat cheese on it -- very balanced in flavor on great, chewy bread. Also, LOVE the dessert bars -- best pecan bar and coconut bar... amazing!

Horrible delivery service.. had a 40-55 minute wait.. after 70 minutes called and they still hadn't left yet. Absolutely terrible
